At KOVA Athletic, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible so your pieces arrive ready to move with you.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During new collection launches, promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at admin@kovaathletic.com and we will advise if shipping can be arranged.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, KOVA Athletic may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website and are subject to any listed conditions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia
Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
Express shipping: 1–4 business days
International
Standard international shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
KOVA Athletic is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at admin@kovaathletic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.
