KOVA Athletic — Returns and Refund Policy

At KOVA Athletic, we stand behind the quality of our activewear and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in the same condition you received it

  • with all tags attached

  • in the original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • worn or washed garments

  • items without tags or original packaging

  • personalised or custom-made products

  • gift cards

  • final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
