At KOVA Athletic, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Free Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within Australia.

If your item doesn't fit as expected, we'll exchange it for another size at no additional shipping cost, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange, items must:

• Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or any marks.
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund (where applicable).

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be in their original condition.
• Be free from stains, odours or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

If you prefer, you can choose a store credit instead of a refund.

Store credits:

• Never expire.
• Can be used on any future purchase.
• Are issued once your return has been approved.

Faulty Items

If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect care is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Gift Cards
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Our returns policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights.
